Our Coaching Program

We recommend starting with two weekly sessions of 30 minutes each. This allows for more frequent touchpoints to build momentum and fits into busy teen schedules. This is typically a Sunday or Monday session followed by a Thursday or Friday session in the afternoon or evening.

Coaches work outside of these sessions to scan student assignments and grades, build student plans and communicate with parents.

Note that we can ‘flex’ beyond this structure. Some teens with more established routines work with us once a week. Others add weekly sessions during especially challenging times - e.g., preparing for exams, completing applications to high school, college, or summer jobs, completing make-up work.
